Privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance. Information you provide is stored securely and only used for the purposes of providing coaching or therapy and for contacting you.
In addition to contacting you regarding your coaching/treatment, I may also contact you from time to time to keep you up to date with any new courses or treatments I may be offering. You can opt out of this at any time by contacting me or using the ‘unsubscribe’ link on the contact email.
Your personal information, including your contact details, will never be shared with anyone else with the only exceptions being illegal activity or where there is a danger to yourself or others.
According to the ethics of my profession, topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching/homeopathy professionals for training, supervision, mentoring, evaluation and professional development and/or consultation purposes. For example, as part of my professional supervision it may be necessary for me to discuss matters that arise during a session with my supervisor. In all cases the notes are anonymised and all personal identifying information is removed to maintain confidentiality. The supervision process itself is confidential.
Contact details are the only information stored electronically. Case notes are paper based and kept under lock and key. It is a professional requirement that I retain client case notes for a minimum of 5 years. When no longer required case notes are destroyed by incineration.
